後巷故事The Back-Alley Story
原燒位於黃大仙鳳凰新村的崇華街小巷，是區內街坊的晚間聚腳點。店舖主打港日混合串燒與燒烤小菜，份量大、價格親民，每晚都有街坊聚在一起，邊食串燒邊喝啤酒。
Original Taste sits in a Shung Wah Street alley in Fung Wong New Village — the neighbourhood's evening hangout. Expect HK-Japanese charcoal skewers and grilled bites, generous sticks at friendly prices, locals gathered nightly over skewers and beer.
這裡的串燒不求花巧，但調味十分講究——見下文「四式調味」。環境簡單，人情味十足。
